Tempestad

Tempest was leased for breeding in 2010 and had 2011 filly. See her striking looking pinto filly on this page. Both her Quarter Horse grandparents were Ride & Tie and endurance horses.

Tempestad is a 1998 mare. She was by Eric and has had lots of riding. She is a good ride, very smooth gaited, soft in the face, easy to contain and her feet and body can be positioned as needed. See Tempest - Fall 2004

Tempestad is sound and could continue her endurance career. I feel her best distance is multi-day rides. Over 900 of her first 1200 miles were combinations of 2 or more days. She is one of those horses that gets stronger each day and really likes the distance.

Tempestad is by Dr Thunder Bask+// out of a QH mare (Skylar by Masada EH).
